As we start this new year, we would like to remind patients and our families of our clinic policies.

1) Attendance must be maintained at 80% to ensure remaining on our therapists schedule. If you are under 80% you may be contacted to come in for a make-up session at your therapist’s discretion.

2) Appointments are 50 minutes in duration; if you wait in your car for the appointment, you must return 15 minutes prior to the appointment ending.

3) If your child is under the age of 12, you must stay on the premises.

4) If you are running late, you need to call the office to inform us. Habitual tardiness will result in a removal from the schedule.

5) Siblings are not allowed in the treatment areas. Parents, you are not allowed to utilize treatment rooms for your personal use.

6) If your insurance changes in any way, you must notify the office immediately to ensure continued services.
